Application Process

The goal of our application process is to get to know the applicant as well as to convince you of us being your future employer. It is of great importance to us to shape the process as transparent and comfortable as possible and to provide you with an acceptance or refusal generally within 4 weeks after your application.

Application

If you like one of our job openings, we are very much looking forward to your conclusive application via the application form, e-mail or post with naming your earliest possible entry date. Your application documents provide us with a first impression of you. They are, in a manner of speaking, your business card and should therefore be complete and designed appealingly.

Your application documents should comprise a cover letter, curriculum vitae, professional and educational certificates and diplomas as well as further documents which you deem to be supportive. The content is the essential criterion but your chosen structure and form are also of significance for us.


Interview

If we like your application, you will be invited to an interview. HPP will introduce itself and you will have the possibility to ask questions regarding the company as well as the aspired position. We will also use the opportunity to get to know you and your motivation. In 1 – 2 case studies we will primarily set value on your approach and problem solving abilities.

The recruitment of interns is conducted by our Intern Management while the job interviews for permanent positions are executed by the management. Applications for the positions of Junior Consultant and Management Consultant also have the possibility to get to know their future colleagues over lunch and ask open questions.


Job offer

After having discussed your application internally, we will reach out to you not later than on the next working day. If you convinced us, you will be presented with a job offer. In case we also convinced you of us, you can start at your desired entry date. On your first day, you will receive a laptop and company phone and then you are all set to start with your personal career at HPP.
