HPP is a medium-sized strategy and marketing consultancy located in Frankfurt am Main. As an owner-managed consultancy with a focus on selected industries, we have been growing organically for the past 22 years: With a team of around 50 employees, we are advising our clients regarding strategic and operative issues in marketing and sales. Our long-term experience, stemming from over 2,000 successful Projects, makes us specialists in the development of customer-oriented solutions.

HPP clients are big national and international corporations as well as medium-sized businesses. We are applying our know-how in the areas of strategy and marketing across industries – from the first idea to the successful implementation. This connection of our methodological and industry knowledge is highly valued by our clients: HPP is regularly awarded being one of the best consultancies and has been awarded by brand eins in five consecutive years (2014-2018). Moreover, HPP is a long-term member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V. (Federation of German Consultancies) and was awarded the seal of quality “cap – cardea audited performance”.

Social commitment

Our understanding of taking on responsibility embraces both our environment and fellow human beings. The education of adolescents is particularly dear to us. HPP offers adolescents the opportunity of gaining insights into the daily work life of a consultant at an early stage in their lives, for example with the possibility of a pupil internship or the Girls’ Day. Furthermore, we support business students of the TU Darmstadt within the scope of the Deutschlandstipendium (German scholarship) and help charitable organizations and clubs. Our history

HPP has been active on the consulting market as an owner-managed company for over 20 years now. With about 50 employees we are nowadays supporting our clients worldwide in close and trustful collaboration with the realization of their goals.

1990: Daimler-Benz subsidiary

Our company was founded as the business segment “Marketing Consulting” of debis Marketing Services GmbH, a subsidiary of the Daimler-Benz InterServices (debis) AG.

1996: Foundation of HPP

100% takeover of the business segment within the scope of a management buyout and transformation into “HPP Strategie- und Marketingberatung GmbH”.

2003: Additional focus industry

Out of the consulting focus on the automotive industry, a second branch has developed: The telecommunications industry.

2003-2006: Extension

Extension of the ownership structure from the company’s own ranks. The present management team comprises five partners and stands for experience and continuity.

2006: 1.000 successful projects

2006 represents a milestone in the history of HPP. After 10 years, the strategy and marketing consultancy celebrates 1,000 successfully conducted projects.

2014: Brand relaunch

HPP modernizes its communicative appearance and brand image. The long-term professional and human competences are maintained.

2016: Anniversary

Specialization pays off. The strategy and marketing consultancy HPP celebrates its 20 year anniversary.

2014-2018: Distinction

The business magazine brand eins has repeatedly selected HPP to be among the best consultancies in the areas of marketing and sales in its focus industries.
